Morning all,

Think I may need your prayers. No one would recognize me at the moment. I think I was bit by a spider or some other insect yesterday as I worked on my forehead. Last night, there was some swelling so I put ice pack to it, thought it was better and went to bed normally. But this morning, the whole front of my face, from just below eyes to hair line is ballooned up so much, I have slants for eyes. Nothing hurts. Just a mild itching around the center of my forehead and I can't see anything there which looks like a bit. I have no discoloration and I feel fine otherwise, but I look terrible and would certainly scare the wits out of my mother were she here to see.

So, on this Veteran's Day, this veteran is going to the emergency room as soon as I know my helper for the day hasn't shown up as he hasn't so far for the week. But since whatever this is is to my head and, thus, close to brain, heart and such, I thought I better ask for help from our highest power of all; the Lord Jesus Christ...and the more who ask, the better.

In the meanwhile, LA is still here. No huge quake as yet. I am still alive even if I look like hell swollen over.
