Diane, Hope you won't mind my two cents here; hope the swelling goes soon. I had a daughter that was allergic to ceclor, an antibiotic, when she was little. When her ten days were over taking it she developed hives so bad, she couldn't walk. Then, it could be a bite. Woke up years ago with my lips swollen and decided not to go to medical dept. It was a mosquito bite, but I, too looked awful. Get better soon. Enjoy your posts, though I am mostly a silent reader as I'm not from the W. coast, although NY can be seismic at times. Take care.
