There are still at least two days to go on your forecast windows Don. An Ml 2.3 earthquake
in Alder Springs tonight suggests your declaration may be a bit early. One thing
I have learned is to not speak until time windows are up, I usually say the wrong thing.
Kind of an observer effect - if you say it isn't going to happen, it does, if you say
it will, it doesn't.
