I don't know of any such listing. Several years ago Mariana Eneva gave a very
interesting talk on earthquake precursors at the IUGG meeting in Boulder, Colorado,
however. She identified over 900 things that had been identified as earthquake
precursors in the literature, there are probably at least as many theories
about earthquakes as this.
