Hi Lowell,

Thanks for the compliment. I wonder if you ever carry Tootsie Roll Pops with you. No one could be nearly as attractive as Telly Savalas, especially when he would say, "who loves ya baby." Oh, I drool. Of course seeing Yuel Brenner in Man of La Mancha in a stage play in San Francisco was also a real treat. But to be honest, I can't quite imagine Fabio without his long mane.

My ears are fully awake an active today. This evening I had something most tone sensitive people report. What happens is that all of the sudden your hearing becomes impaired, and then the sound arrives. Most often, the hearing is impaired in one ear and the tone arrives to be heard in the other ear. But as things have gone on the odd side of late, the "deaf syndrome" arrived in the left ear and immediately the tone arrived in the same ear. It was high pitched and lasted at least five seconds which again leads to the North Coast Area. I suspect now, several earthquakes up that way.

I was telling Don about another ear tone I had in my left ear earlier this evening, around 8PM and it was in the left ear as well, but dull sounding, so I'm thinking of Alder Springs or Hyampom. Seems to me, the ocean area's have the more granite like sound, the interior valley, dull like mostly dirt and then in and around the sierras or foothills of the sierras granite again.

Almost every ear tone sensitive I've come to know at one time or another, usually often enough can identify this "deaf ear syndrome", yet it doesn't so far as I've been able to determine have any significance to what kind of earthquake arrives or anything special in nature. Just one of those weird things.

Since its late and I'm talking about odd occurrences, I'll just throw these two in for good measure. On Thursday night around 10PM I was typing a letter on my computer and my hallway door is to my left. Out of the corner of my eye I saw the specter of a man. His entire aura and being seemed to be black. I saw him walk a little past the opening of the doorway and turned to look at me like he was spying on me and forgot the open space was there. Instantly I turned to look that way with both eyes and he vanished. That was rather unnerving.

But today I went to the garden department of K-Mart and saw a man who has worked there a long time. We are like old friends when we meet. He's oriental and sweet and so friendly. While he was ringing up my articles he was whistling Amazing Grace. That was the last song I would have ever imagined him to whistle and I'm saying Uh O. Put that together with the specter and its not a good sign. I believe all of you will know what it means, so I'll leave it unsaid.

Never a dull moment....Petra
