Hi Lowell,

As we've all heard humans only use a small part of their brain. So I have to wonder if at some future time more of it will be used. This is like the appendix. Some people are being born now that don't have it.

I have always been intrigued by Einstein. He would start producing something and along the way problems would develop. So several times a day he would take short naps, of around 20 minutes and he would awaken with the solution. He said he was dreaming, but was he really? Some would have said that he tuned into the Universal Consciousness and that's how he got it. (Universal consciouness means to collect information from spirits on the other side. Some say they are the ones that deliver creative ideas to people on earth, even though they are totally unaware of it and think its all their own idea.)
So was Einstein dreaming, or actually going into a trance like Edgar Cayce and that's how he got the information. Of course there is no answer to this question.

Most of us at times will want to tell someone something and suddenly the word or whatever cannot be remembered at that time. Usually later in the evening all of the sudden without thinking about whatever it was, bingo you remember. Of course it has to do with relaxing the mind and then what you wanted to say pops into your head.

The very complexities of what the mind can do are limitless. I have solutions to problems and they come to me in a flash. That's one of the best things I can do. Now here's one I got yesterday. I was out getting these huge weeds out of the lawn. I was taking a pair of ergonomic scissors and cutting off the leaves and then using a wallboard saw to cut the root down to the nubbins. But I found in time though I was able to sit and not get a backache, my right wrist was hurting from putting pressure on the knife when cutting. So at that moment I thought "what in the world are you doing?" There is a much easier way. So I hopped down to K-Mart and bought an electric carving knife. How simple.

In theory the carving knife works like electric hedge cutters. Also another great invention. I haven't had time to try out the electric carving knife, but if it works, I think I'll see what can be done to have people in hardware make a special one, just for gardeners. If not, I can always use it for its original intention, cut meat with it.

In the next few days Don and I are going to design and patent an Earthquake Safe Home. Its from an idea I got years ago. So now its time to get down to the nitty gritty and get it underway. The earthquake in Peru and the aftermatch of the lack of proper housing gave me the sense its now time to do it. The prototype is going to be built for me so I can see the problems that might develop along the way. Once those are worked out, then it can be marketed all over the world. Remember, its called and Earthquake Safe Home, not an Earthquake Proof Home. The latter is not possible.

Yeah Lowell, the gray cells are turning and the idea factory never shuts down. Maybe with a few sponsors in the hardware business and a few other types can make this original design almost cost free. You never know.

Petra
