It is very unfortunate to unable to sense the 7.7M event in advance, where many experts were present and working on the field close to that area. So if anything happen inside the main land the story remains the same, may be some experts may give plenty of data such as the type of fault movement, comparison of previous events, change in M in USGS data etc. etc. after the event occurred rather than alert and saving the people in time....
