Hi Shan, actually, I think the area of this quake is very remote. I doubt (but do not know) that there are any dense networks of seismometers or continuous GPS, and likely few people. Another thing to keep in mind is that because the quake was not in USA, only M4.5 and higher quakes are being reported on the USGS site. So foreshocks, if any, do not show up if they are smaller than M4.5.
But, this will be studied so if any foreshocks were recorded it will be presented at meetings and published eventually.
