Skywise: "99% is not good enough. Heck, 99.9% isn't. Would you want your heart to work right only 99% of the time? Or only 99% of planes to make it to their destinations? Or only 99% of other drivers on the road to not hit you?"

Try to simulate such distributions in 3-D, which is on Fig.4.22, by model with normal random distribution. I guess that you will spend a lot of time to simulate it. And the probalility of the hit i much less than 1%. It was only testing level and not the true result.
