Earthquake Precursor Program - March 16, 2012

This is here largely to create a new thread for this discussion.

Roger's and my own eyes are getting up there in years. And we don't want them to have to do too much searching work to locate updates.

The EPmap program (update not yet available) now displays precursor data in two modes:

World Map Mode
Time Line Mode

The World Map Mode - It displays one of several world maps that can have precursor data, earthquakes, tectonic plates, and volcanos displayed on them.

The Time Line Mode - Oldest earthquakes and other data are displayed at the bottom of the screen. Newest earthquakes etc. are at the top. So, the Y axis is time. The X axis is longitude. West is to the left.

A variety of time dependant data such as Amit Dave's precursor data and my own data can be displayed with the Time Line Mode. Shan's precursor data can be displayed with both the World Map and Time Line Modes.

Ocean tide, Solid Earth Tide, and Solar Storm data could also be displayed with the Time Line Mode.
