Roger
After a long time ,I am tempted write something
1) Only Sun and Moon angle criteria may not give result
2)First find the days when Sun and Moon are at 0,90,180and 270 degree
3) Out of those days , choose the days when Moon is closest ie about 57.5 AU
4)Again choose another set( out of 2) above days), when Moon at Maximum declination ,north and south.
Now compare results of of 3) and 4) . You may find some co relation
