A reasonable person would read EQF's post (below) to be claiming a success for a forecast. Apparently, that was not the intent. Canie's reply on the time shows that your first post was before the quake happened, so interesting that EQF mentioned Turkish aftershocks 50 minutse before a large and deadly one. But, it was not a forecast or a prediction. And, sorry, if you make claims that are not substantiated I'm going to call you out on this now and then, when I feel like it. If I can't do that, I can't post on this board because it would not be good for my credibility, which is important to a scientist.

And, yes, it was quiet for a while on the board, and boring, with little science. As Brian says, if you don't like me commenting on your posts, don't post on Earthwaves. But, Brian, you don't have to stick up for me, I can do it myself.
