Ever had occasion to watch "Jersey Shore" or the "Real Housewives of...."

OK, being hateful here. But one does wonder why so much "popular" television is popular...and I won't even mention anything political. Then again we have a certain scientist drinking beer and not checking for tornadoes....(grins)
