Amazingly, the story regarding the reactor disaster in Japan has disappeared from much of the main stream media. For the past couple of days, ABCNews, CBS, Raw Story, Huffington Post, etc., have had nothing - or nothing notable - with respect to this unfolding disaster. I found a site, http://enenews.com, which has links to primary sources as well as existing media. I encourage anyone who is following events to visit the site. I really don't know whether it's the MSM's fear of people becoming weary of the story or protection of the nuclear industry, or both. Many people don't realize that GE is heavily vested in media; to wit, having a very substantial interest in NBC. A few moments ago, there was a 7.1M quake within 40 miles of Sendai. Given the precarious state of the reactors, maybe this will change things.
