plume of radiation crossing pacific: need help to find information

As of Weds night various people on TV were saying no radiation risk in North America. This morning on CNN they flashed up a map of a plume of radiation crossing the Pacific. I can't find this on line. I don't know what elevation this is at, I don't know what type of radiation, and I don't know what the levels are. What may be a little troubling is that it seemed to be a relatively narrow plume.
