The people who created that Web site are obviously fairly good with technology. And they must be reasonably intelligent. One thing to consider when people do something like that is the possibility that they might be doing it as a type of joke simply to see how many other people they can get upset. Or they might want to see how fast people become aware of the site and start visiting it.

Or, they could be serious. Some time ago I seem to remember seeing a report that said that someone ran a survey and discovered that 20% of the adults in the U.S. believe that the Earth is flat rather than having a sphere shape.
