No, you did not use the word 'prediction'. But let's not be pedantic. You posted AFTER THE QUAKE that you had information that could be, by implication, a prediction for the quake. If *I* made the mistake of thinking you were trying to claim a hit, then how many others not as smart as us would surely be misled?

A suggestion, be more careful in how you word things. I often times spend more time proofreading and editing my posts than actually writing it in the first place. All for one specific reason - to make sure that what I wrote says exactly what I mean and nothing else. Eliminate uncertainty. Eliminate ambiguity. I have found most online arguments are due to ambiguous language.

BTW, all the time you've spent on programming in Perl, you surely must be an expert by now. An email handler should be a piece of cake. Further, might I suggest you need to get a real web host? Yes, you have to pay, but you get what you pay for, and then you will have the tools and ability to control the content of your site more effectively.

[FYI, I have been giving myself a crash course in Perl as I need to do something more than simple HTML for my new up and coming photography website. Plus, I myself have had an idea or two for a quake prediction website. It seems like an easy enough language.]
