I tend to agree with Michael. Let's make the data available to all. If and when we
run into the problem of "spurious duplication" we can cross that bridge when
we come to it. The main purpose to begin with is to build a data base, even
if some of the data is faulty. I would suggest some of the following precursory
phenomena as possibilities which could be input by anyone.

Ear tones
Water level changes
Changes in water pressure from wells
Animal behaviour (including stray cats and dogs)

These are things a lot of people have cited in the past and may be
easy to record on a data site. Can we all agree with Roger that this
is to be a site for learning and comparing notes, and not for prediction
which should be done through EPR.

Michael, did I hear you say you were willing to take this on as a part
of the EPR site?
