Well now that finals are over - another semester in the books, Maybe I could work on this before summer school starts.

We're looking to store precursor info - or what we think is precursor info in some logical data format that can be compared to quakes, etc after the fact?

So there would be type of precursor phenom - as listed in Lowell's post - I'll try to gather what I can on possible types (and include some sort of other)

Date, time and location of precursor (preferably long/lat?)

I also like to track such things as water main breaks and other odd earth movements

I think its a great idea to have one place for this - if michael wants to take it on then thats fine too... its up to you guys.
