This is not a bettle to win or loose. As long as I am convinced ,it hardly matters.
problem of finding odds is,you average out the clusters of quakes.
Roger,if you help me,I would like to know the ratio of-all quakes (6+) occured in my window period to total quakes (6+) occured in entired period under consideration.
