ROTFLOL! Oh, I can see it now. If my family didn't already think I was certifiable, they'd surely lock me up with this. Jumping up and down with a bucket on my head, holding a sheet of aluminum? ;)

Sometimes the tones last long enough to play around with it, once you've recorded the info you need of course. Some of what I hear is sounds, that are constant, not just tones. I keep earplugs around and once I've recorded what I need to know, then I use the ear plugs to block out some of the house and city noises and tune in on the sounds more.

I try to assign a number for intensity and tone on what I hear so I can be more consistent.

If we could get together on some sort of common terminology, and a consistent method to record what we hear we might have something here.

I have wondered if there isn't some way we can record what it is we are hearing. Not what the faults themselves are emitting, but what it is that hits the sensitives that they interpret as tones and symptoms? Why not some sort of portable detector they can carry on their body?

I guess I'm game for looking silly.

Bye for now.

BTW, speaking of looking silly. If it's of any interest or use to anyone, here is where I have been trying to keep track of the sounds I hear:
