Rather than wait a year for your 2010 predictions, I checked your 2009 predictions against the NEIC catalog for 2009 quakes.

There were 119 quakes of mag. 6.0 or larger and you had 24 predictions for quakes of that size.

Of those, 12 were on the correct day (adjusting Indian date/time to UTC) which is better than expected but not enough to pass the 99% test I require.

Moreover only one of the predictions had the right magnitude and of course none had any location.

I therefore conclude that your predictions are of no value. Furthermore, since lunar phase has been checked against thousands of quakes without finding any significant correlation your theory is found to be without merit.
