I tried to link the .jpgs but could not get it to work. I guess I need to do a little .html, but since I work at UCSB but do not live there, and don't use unix or their computers very much anymore, things change and I can't find anything. The Institute that I work at also has merged with another one, mainly because of the budget cuts but it also makes sense. So, I have to wait for a reply to an email to our computer dude.

After I spent more than a day making the figures of Haiti seismic profiles, I wondered why I had bothered; it is not going to help the Haitians. HW said it was because I wanted to show off, and that is partly true; I did it because I could do it. But, a geologist/seismologist also thought it would be useful, at least for a proposal to do detailed work.
