Not exactly. Faults don't broadcast the EM Signals unless they are under the type of stress that can be about to cause an earthquake to occur. But if you look at the USGS earthquake tables you can see that at any time there are a large number of earthquakes that are about to occur. And the higher magnitude ones would be the most likely to generate most of the signals. I can work with a single signal when I am trying to get more confirmation for a particular expected approaching earthquake or when doing research. But that can only presently be done if you have a freeware copy of the Etdprog.exe program running on your computer. And the present version of that program is far more powerful but also completely undocumented.
