Sorry I missed this post.

I have to write fast. I have written the first five chapters of the sequel to "Rocket City" in about 30 days. I have over 150 pages. Then I can have a dry spell that lasts just as long. That's when you'll see me on the boards. I haven't been here much because the writing spigot is turned on.

The Spouse, on the other hand, takes days to write a perfect paragraph, and always puts his writing projects off until the last minute. So he ends up writing all night to have something ready on time. He despises writing. I love it.

That is great about HD. Maybe she will choose writing as her profession.
