There are still scientists (technically) who don't believe in evolution/natural selection. And there are even a few who don't believe in plate tectonics or even continental drift. For virtually every field you can find a few outliers. Most are simply crackpots, others are scientists, but with a field of study far removed from the one under consideration (a particular problem among those cited by Creationists who turn out to generally be engineers with no training in biology), and others just enjoy the attention and take a contrary position to get that attention. And there are those, particularly in the case of global warming, who are paid, directly or indirectly, to take positions contrary to what they know to be true. And, finally, though extremely rarely, there are those who are right when the preponderance of scientific opinion is wrong.

Anthropogenic global warming is now so thoroughly well-established, in its broad parameters, with so many individual lines of evidence supporting it, that it just doesn't make any sense for the average man or woman in the street to disbelieve it. BTW - it's only in the U.S., among modern industrial nations, that there is ever any substantial antagonism to solid science. Global warming and evolution are overwhelmingly accepted in Europe, where ideology and religion are much less influential.
