The link below will only show the flood for a few days. The previous record for Hinkson Creek, Columbia MO, was last September due to hurricane Ike. My daughter and I did some underwater bicycling on the rail to trail that time before having to turn back when my bike was entirely underwater, and we are tall. Hinkson Creek flows into the Perche Creek which flows into the Missouri River. Last September Perche creek flooded the riverside hamlet of McBaine. With over a 21 foot rise in a few hours this time on Hinkson, they won't have much time to get out of the way.

I think we should blame it in the democrats/Obama: they overdid the stimulus package and stimulated the clouds.
