Are you even wondering whether this method can be demonstrated to work?

Normally, one shows a method works, then talks people into implementing it.

Are you at least trying it out in a scientific test run? Such a test requires making predictions and archiving them in a public place for later statistical evaluation of their success.

Too busy for minor details like testing, I presume.
