same deal...is Table of Contents for March 2008, go to "Opinion". It looks like the importance of solar variability to climate is controversail/open to legitimate debate. But, for me, even if sun variability had a large effect, that does not mean that man (CO2) does not also have a big effect, and at the rate CO2 is being released, CO2 would be the bigger effect. Just my opinion. For whatever it is worth, the sun has been more active...Kp 7 magnetic storm yesterday on earth, and looks like a sun spot.
