Thank You Penny and Canie. The problem will be lack of internet access, and also lack of time...lots of data will be coming in that will need processing, and enough interpretation to judge whether we should abandon certain tracks and concentrate extra tracks elsewhere. I'm in at HW's lab tossing and/or backing up a couple tens of gigabytes of files so I have room for more. I'm taking my heavy, fragile, and unreliable desktop replacement (only 2 years old) and also my new laptop. The new laptop probably has 120 gigs of space....which may be twice as much as all the data we will record. The data will likely be written to tapes also, and I will just end up with an extra set.
