Sorry---I hit the post button--- The third heaviest rainfall was 1949-1950 with no resultant earthquakes. Right now, 2007-2008 is the 4th wettest, and is not over yet. Some larger quakes happened outside the wettest years. This is a very limited finding because I don't have info on dams or lake loading in the region.
