1: A lot of you read and post to multiple pages, but I only read and post here. Many of the posts here are interesting, but, since I generally check this page every time I log in, I'd like to see more people posting: it is relatively few of us who post regularly. New people: register.

2: Met a couple of people at Finger Lakes state park (no, not New York) to skate this morning for the last skate before it got too warm. It was good, but the heat busted us afterwards. I am looking for good constitutional lawyer referrals. I think I have a constitutional right to drown myself if I so choose. I already went through this when I was chris in suburbia: I took them to court, got them to change the charge from "loitering", to "skating", and then plead guilty to "skating" and paid a $40 fine. I then wrote a letter to the local paper complimenting the town, who actually cleared the local ponds, and dissing the state, who forbid skating on lakes open to ice fishing because we might trip over the ice fishing holes and sue them. You cannot fly kites in New York state parks because someone poked their eye on a kite and sued them.

These are all true stories: I am not even exaggerating...except maybe on the consitutional lawyer. But, I will be writing the park superintendent.
