Roger, we'll see what Canie has to say, but it does seem like there is a fairness problem in that she cannot or will not reply here. On the other hand, I have no problem discussing the science of a scientist who has never posted here. I would think it OK to link to your evaluation on the other site with a brief summary here. This would be done relatively rarely perhaps. The link to the other site would give access to us here reading what they, there, have to say in response to you comments.
I am reluctant myself to follow links to these other earthquakes sites for various reasons...security, my time, a couple others.
