Roger, your limit goes way too far east. I went to the USGS page and found a M5 aftershock (link) and went to Google Earth and zoomed way out...yes, 90 deg E is a good western limit, but the eastern limit should be 104 or 105 East. Going farther east than that includes completely different seismic zones. If you want more of a challenge, go to the Google map (or any map showing the area) and get the positions of the islands southwest through northwest of Sumatra...and then allow quakes 50 km southwest and 200 km northeast of this arc. If not your idea of fun, then fine, use a rectangle *90 to +104 and +10 to -7.
