I think Don was just thinking aloud, rather than making a formal prediction.

I certainly would not accept his "prediction" as a formal prediction, because it would be way tooo vague, and open to all kinds of subjectivity, which I am not a fan of.

Of course, we have a form for a formal prediction on this board, and it was not used, which further supports my thoughts.
