I agree. For discussion with Don, I understand that he did not intend to make a formal
prediction. When Don wanted to make a formal prediction he has used the form
provided in the past (with much greater detail).
My intention in evaluating this statement was to illustrate that a vague statement
will very seldom be useful in a predictive sense even if it turns out to be true.
