The NEIC/USGS page gives 12.3 km, which is more likely. unlikely to have surface effect unless there was some ground failure like rockfall or landslide. Might be interesting to look in the unlikely event there was creep. There was a pure right-lateral M 3.2 quite a bit farther NW on Elsinore (choosing nodal plane parallel to mapped fault). I have some doubts that static stress from a 4.7 would trigger a 3.2 a couple days later at that distance....but also does not seem like coincidence again to me (but apparently I see patterns where there may be none).
