No one presently seems to know too much about these signals. However, it appears that humans and perhaps some animals are sensitive to them. My best guess is that they are some type of AC signal which is being superimposed on very low frequency, naturally occurring radio waves which can travel around the world with little attenuation. The radio waves might be interacting directly or indirectly with active earthquake fault zones and in the process picking up the AC signals. I have been talking with other researchers who are interested in this subject matter. And it appears that they are following my lead to some extent with their understanding of what is happening. I wish that I had more time available to devote to this. Several years ago I also sent top officials here in the U.S. a formal report on possible health effects related to these signals. But so far I have not seen any results from that effort.

The signals generally run between 0.25 and 20 seconds in duration from what I can tell. And the shape of the AC wave can change during the longer signals. Its frequency can also change a bit. I presently generally avoid discussing how I myself detect them because in the past that often simply resulted in heated and ridiculous arguments getting started.
