Only that I have a demented sense of humor and use it often. Also, it pretty graphic in places, and I'm not afraid to swear. It's about two parallel love stories set in New Mexico, where I lived for a year. But on a larger scale, it's about man's inhumanity to man, and our own capacity for cruelty, which most people would deny.
