Hi Dib; Yes, I've checked. He gets 133 hits with 188 windows, each of which has an observed probability of 39.9% or a simple probability based on window size of 8.6%. No way can that be chance. I swore if he tested 6.5+ quakes instead of 7+ quakes the significance would drop off. Instead, it went up to the results I just quoted. I still can't believe it, but I wrote the test program myself.
