i asked if you knew what subjective means because you were clearly misusing it and still are.

An average of several values is not subjective because you are not making any personal judgements on which to include.

I don't select anything except to choose the method which best solves the problem. Taking an average is not subjective. Calculating standard deviation is not subjective.

Claiming a quake outside the predicted area is subjective. You are selecting data to suit your case.

No, I'd be delighted if someone came up with a workable method. I'm not out to prove or disprove anything. I'm objective.

yes, a certain amount of deviation is expected in a distribution but not in a particular case.
