Actually I'm not being selective on any data. I'm using them all. By using a predetermined standard that wasn't set as a standard for earthquake prediction is being selective on the data that you wish to use. Now can you prove to me that any one magnitude scale is exactly the same as what the predictor is picking up prior to the quake?
