Reality Check

Howdy,

This needs to be dealt with. Half our hospitals are not up to snuff, most in the San Fransisco and Los Angeles area. It would be nice if the next biggie would hold off for another 30 years. Maybe it would be cheaper to build new hospitals that are seismically sound. As it stands now, this situation is a prescription for a catastrophy.
