It's up to Kp=8...I guess that is "severe" and 9 is "extreme"?
So, Dennis what have you learned about solar weather and something unusual (besides the obvious, like aurora) in 20 years, and was any of this done in some sort of scientific way that is reproducible or statistical, or is it just casual observation (which is all I do on a lot of this stuff..)
