Not sure if you saw this one, but after a precursory scan it looks very interesting. Looks like Savage works on the Cascadia subduction. Name is new to me because I have not read everything, and most of my study is down south here in the Salton Sea area. (At link) Still not sure what a Savage backslip is, though. I'll study more.
