A relocated quake is one for which the location has been redetermined more accurately. There are a number of techniques, and Chris is right, southern California now has some quite accurate catalogs available through the SCEC web pages. PDE is the preliminary determination of epicenters, if memory serves me, a quick USGS location that often has room for improvement. Follow Ups: ● Thanks, again.
