LOL! Well.. the rates here have gone down lately - It's still not cost-effective to get quake insurance in Long Beach. For a house worth about $650K they want $704 a year (actual insured cost is $200K) - My Home near Dana Point, worth nearly 2M, costs $324 a year - a rather good price as I think there's a higher chance of that location getting hit than here. (see link below) - it's a system that needs further study. - and this is an interesting update:

So off-shore here we have quite a few faults already - and you are finding more? or just recent activity?
