Yes, Brian - I realize that that newsgroup would be an almost ideal forum for posting predictions. It would fulfill some of the requirements for entries into the Prediction Award I propose above. But - it would be open to predictions in all formats, and thus a little difficult for use in my proposed Award program. I suspect that _that_ would require a separate website that would reject predictions not in the correct format for analysis. That website would need to be accessible to analysts in some sort of tabular format.
