Dennis ... Then again, after reading Don's post again, I think your assertion is correct. I feel the predictor should be able to set the window they want. If the window is a 1 year period, we'll all write it off as a bad joke. If the window is 10 minutes, we'll write that off too. My original suggestion was to define what was/wasn't a prediction, not to suggest what the prediction should be. I agree, a fixed +-24 hour timeframe is too restrictive. Lets let people make their predictions the way they want to. I just want to know if it a prediction or just commentary.
