Hey Don:

The only issue I see with your suggestion is the time. You indicate +-24 hours of a date as far as I can tell ... the date range needs to be in reference of a time rather than in reference to a date. Of course, if you intended to say +-1 day, then that would be different. +- 1 day in reference to a date makes sense. Also, time zone is not mentioned. Is this PST, PDT, UTC, or what?
